Place storage along the routes through your home. We can help with a selected configuration, order, delivery issue or return request.

Product and fit questions

Give every routine enough room

For pantry sets, compare individual container sizes and lids. For laundry, measure the corner and allow room to lift the hamper. For door storage, check that the door can still close freely. Include the product link and the measurements relevant to your question. Optional photos should avoid unrelated private information.

Orders and delivery

Include your order number, checkout email and a description of the issue. For tracking questions, include the tracking reference and last visible status. For an address correction or cancellation, contact us promptly before dispatch.

Returns and missing parts

Identify the affected product, configuration and quantity. Explain whether it is unused, damaged, wrong or incomplete. Photos help where available. Wait for the prepaid label and correct return address before shipping goods.

Payment and privacy

Provide an order reference, transaction date and amount for payment concerns. Never email full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or one-time login codes. Use “Privacy Request” for applicable data rights, or “Privacy Appeal” for an available appeal.
